Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday consultant to join our team. As a Workday consultant, you will be responsible for delivering complex solutions across client implementations.

  • Requirements gathering and definition: Investigate the business/technical requirements for clients' Absence or Time Tracking needs.
  • Provide an overview to the client and design the Workday solution to meet their needs.
  • Conduct sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of the concerned module.
  • Configure based on the filled workbook and perform self-reviews and smoke testing of work delivered.
  • Application Testing - Assist clients with testing of the concerned functional module.
  • Production Support - Includes practices and disciplines of supporting the Workday solution for a period of time post deployment.
  • Migration Activities and Production Rollout - Assist with rollout of the Workday solution into the production environment.

As a Workday consultant, you will also be responsible for driving initiatives and ensuring results with a confined focus on timelines and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Workday at least of the Module - Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll Configuration Build knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach around it.
  • Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.
  • Effective knowledge transfer skills in non-classroom environment.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
