Workday Integration Consultant Job Description

The role of a Workday Integration Consultant involves collaborating with technical teams to design and develop scalable solutions for new Workday deployments, enhancing existing integrations, monitoring performance, and delivering effective support for Application Managed Services (AMS) and implementations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Workday HCM integrations in production, ensuring seamless integration and high-performance delivery.
  • Design and deploy new Workday integrations, leveraging Core Connectors, EIBs, DTs, and Workday Studio.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Manage change requests, documentation, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Implement HCM Compensation, HCM Core, and HCM Security solutions, showcasing expertise in HCM functional consulting.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Workday Core Integrations (EIB, CCW, DT)
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio
  • Strong understanding of HCM Compensation and HCM Security modules
