Job Title: Workday Consultant

Workday Consultants play a vital role in designing and implementing solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prioritize work to achieve project goals, collaborate with team members to identify scope and scope gaps, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Design and configure Workday solutions to meet client needs, conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of the system, and perform quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to stakeholder inquiries, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project forward.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and functionality, leveraging this knowledge to improve existing processes and drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Workday and its various modules, including Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
  • Excellent technical skills, with ability to design and implement complex solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented projects, with strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
