
Dynamic Organizational Culture Leader

We are seeking a dynamic Organizational Culture Leader to shape our people operations and create an engaging workplace culture.
Culture Building Initiatives- Develop inclusive initiatives that foster energy, ownership, and collaboration.
- Design programs for recognition, wellbeing, team bonding, and internal communication.
- Actively listen to team sentiment and take proactive steps to evolve workplace dynamics.
- Build strategic hiring pipelines that attract high-potential talent aligned with our values.
- Design long-term retention plans, including growth paths, internal mobility, and impact-based recognition.
- Evaluate the onboarding experience to ensure cultural alignment from Day 1.
- Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes with a focus on development and accountability.
- Partner with leaders to identify training opportunities, coaching needs, and career tracks.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
- Ensure HR policies are progressive, fair, and compliant with relevant laws.
- Streamline people operations through scalable systems.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to manage compensation strategy and benefits administration.
- Represent the company's employer brand on various platforms showcasing our team and culture.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build our reputation as a preferred workplace.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in HR or organizational development roles.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools for managing end-to-end HR processes.
- Deep understanding of modern workforce dynamics, especially Gen Z and Millennial talent.
- Strong grasp of employment laws and compliance practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with an eye for culture, retention, and growth.
Preferred
- Proven ability to design culture and engagement frameworks from scratch.
- Experience building HR initiatives that directly impact retention and team morale.
- A creative mindset with the ability to bridge business goals and people needs.
