Studio Leader

The role of a Studio Leader is key to the success of our Design and Built vertical, requiring a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills, strong design acumen, and strategic mindset. A successful candidate will be responsible for driving design excellence, operational efficiency, and team performance.

This leadership position entails overseeing multiple projects, from concept to execution, ensuring that designs meet high-quality standards, client requirements, and budget constraints. As a Studio Leader, you will champion workplace strategy, integrating current trends and future-forward thinking into all design solutions.

You will lead a talented team of architects and interior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance. This includes managing team resources, workload allocation, and project timelines to ensure efficiency and quality.

A successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to articulate complex design ideas clearly and persuasively.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required. Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in architecture and corporate interior design industry is expected.

A proven track record in senior leadership roles, such as Design Head, Associate Director, or Senior Manager, managing teams of design professionals is crucial. Extensive experience in workplace design, corporate interiors, and full-cycle Design & Built projects is necessary.
