Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Director to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products. This individual will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring smooth execution of both tactical tasks and strategic projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all product-related project needs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to schedules.
  • Support the execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and support.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
