Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and Maintain Visual Identity: Establish and maintain the visual tone and style of our projects, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Oversee Daily Creative Output: Direct daily creative output across multiple studios, guaranteeing quality and brand alignment.
  • Develop Playbooks and Workflows: Create scalable workflows and playbooks for efficient video production.
  • Collaborate with Directors and Producers: Work closely with directors, producers, and cinematographers to bring concepts to life.
  • Lead and Mentor Teams: Lead and mentor large design/production teams, focusing on creative excellence.
  • Balance Artistic Direction and Operational Efficiency: Balance artistic vision with timelines, budgets, and high-volume execution.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 Years of Experience: Possess 4–6 years of experience in art direction for film, ads, or large video productions.
  • Strong Portfolio: Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting branded content and e-commerce video work.
  • Operational Management: Demonstrate proven ability to manage multi-studio/multi-location operations.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Display exceptional leadership, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
  • Expertise in Balancing Ambition and Efficiency: Showcase expertise in balancing creative ambition with operational efficiency.
