About This Role

We're seeking a performance marketing enthusiast to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Marketing Intern, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of online marketing.

This internship is designed for individuals who are eager to dive into the world of digital marketing and gain hands-on experience. You'll work closely with experienced marketers to develop skills that will be valuable in any future marketing role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and email.
  • Tracking and Analysis: Help monitor campaign performance, from clicks and conversions to overall ROI.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Take part in A/B testing to improve things like ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop engaging content for ads and social media.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keep an eye on what's happening in digital marketing. Research new tools, platforms, and trends that could help improve campaigns or open up new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Willingness to Learn: We're looking for someone who's excited to pick up new skills and grow in the marketing field.
  • Quick Grasp: You don't need to know everything about digital marketing right now, but we're looking for someone who picks up new concepts quickly and can think on their feet.
  • Marketing Interest: Whether you've dabbled in digital marketing or just enjoy learning about what motivates consumers, a genuine interest in how marketing works is key.
  • Integrity: You'll be working with data and confidential information, so it's crucial that you act with honesty and integrity.
  • Good Communication: Being able to communicate clearly, whether it's through writing or speaking, will be important as you'll be working with different teams.

Nice to Have: Some familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Google Analytics. A basic understanding of SEO or content marketing. Experience using social media for business purposes.
