Job Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Performance Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing plans to drive business growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, customer segments, and growth targets.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Budget Oversight: Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and forecasting campaign spend based on business priorities.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Lead A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare actionable insights and reports for leadership, providing transparency into campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.
  • Industry Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform innovations, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Skills: Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels, strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
