Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Program Manager to join our team at Applied Materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of project objectives.

About the Role

The Lead Program Manager will be accountable for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential roadblocks;
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting on progress to stakeholders;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed;
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members and contributing to their professional development.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management);
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management or a related field;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
