Job Title: Human Resources Generalist and Operations Coordinator

This role involves managing human resources functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and performance management.

About the Role:
This is a key position that will be responsible for coordinating various business activities related to staff engagement, culture enhancement, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide support during the hiring process.
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing training programs.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop growth plans for employees.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:
The successful candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in HR generalist roles. They should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
