Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

 

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of HR Generalist. This position is responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, payroll administration, benefits administration, training and development, employee engagement, and organizational change management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that align with business goals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and former employees to promote a positive employer brand and encourage referrals.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a creative or production-focused environment

Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR best practices; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
