Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees on various HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on general human resources policies and procedures to employees across the organization.
  • Maintaining knowledge of employment/labor laws and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilizing MS Office and HRIS systems to manage employee data, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
