We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail professional to fill the role of Retail Operations Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Customer Experience:
    • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, average order value (AOV), conversion %, and units per transaction (UPT).
    • Deliver a premium in-store experience aligned with our brand promise.
    • Handle styling assistance, size exchanges, and grievance resolution on the spot.
    • Capture customer data for remarketing and loyalty purposes.
  • Store / Pop-Up Operations:
    • Execute open/close procedures, cash/UPI/card settlement, day-end reconciliation, and petty cash management.
    • Manage POS billing, barcoding/price tagging, discount execution, and GST-compliant invoicing.
    • Maintain store hygiene, trial room SOPs, safety & loss prevention.
    • Set up and dismantle pop-up stalls; manage fixtures, lights, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Inventory, VM & Replenishment:
    • Conduct daily cycle counts, weekly stock audits, and shrinkage control within budgeted norms.
    • Replenish best-selling products by size/color; manage returns/exchange/transfer if any.
    • Plan and execute collection drops with strong merchandise presentation and look-books.
    • Implement seasonal/occasion visual merchandising.
  • Marketing & Events Enablement:
    • Coordinate local marketing efforts (leaflets, standees, collaborations, micro-influencers).
    • Execute launch days, preview events, and exhibition offers; manage sampling/try-ons.
    • Capture user-generated content and basic content for social media.
  • People & Training:
    • Train promoters/assistants on product features, fabrics, fits, and selling scripts.
    • Create weekly rosters, attendance, and performance notes; uphold grooming standards.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Maintain daily sales reports, footfall, conversions, and returns/exchanges.
    • Share event ROI sheets after every pop-up/exhibition.
    • Ensure policy compliance (returns/exchanges, warranty, discount periods).

KPIs:

  • Sales: Target achievement %, AOV, UPT, conversion %.
  • Inventory: Shrinkage ≤ 0.8% monthly; stock accuracy ≥ 99%.
  • Customer: Net promoter score (NPS)/feedback ≥ 4.5/5; repeat rate & WhatsApp opt-ins.
  • Operations: Zero cash/UPI variance; on-time DSR submission; standard operating procedure adherence.
  • Events: Positive ROI on exhibitions/pop-ups with clear lead capture & follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years in retail fashion/apparel sales & operations (ethnic wear preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with point-of-sale, barcoding, basic Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with CRM/WhatsApp Business.
  • Strong communication skills in English; customer-first attitude and grooming.
  • Physical fitness for pop-up setups; willingness to work weekends/festive days.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience launching new stores/pop-ups.
  • Basic content creation (phone photography/reels).
  • Knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and sizing in ethnic/fusion wear.
