Key Responsibilities of Assistant Store Manager

  • Drive commercial performance by increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability.
  • Delight customers through exceptional in-store experience.
  • Convert Project Business through Interior Designers & Architects and deliver highest degree of customer service.
  • Maintain all necessary reports, inventory, and Visual Merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
  • Expand HNI Database - Customer data to be well collected, updated & maintained.
  • Develop strategy actions to attract new customers and retain old customers more often.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree / Diploma in Sales / Retail Sales from a recognized institution.
  • 4 plus years of retail sales operational experience with luxury/Premium Brands.
  • Fluent English and Hindi language skills.
  • Organized, process-oriented, brand image-conscious, and self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills, ability to write reports, and respond promptly to customer needs.
