Training and Development Manager
Job Description:The Training and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs across the organization. This role ensures that employees have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet evolving business needs.
Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive training strategy, identifying training needs through training needs assessments, and partnering with leadership to design customized programs. The individual will also work closely with various teams to embed training in business culture and monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong knowledge of luxury retail, customer service excellence, and brand management. They should also have exceptional facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, as well as an analytical mindset to measure the ROI of training programs.
A Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required, along with 10-12 years of experience in Training & Development, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is mandatory.
