We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for maintaining robust processes related to data set-up, storage and distribution, as well as system configuration. This includes:

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of various asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities & Derivatives.
  • Supporting daily MIS reports and participating in regular reviews and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Key Operational Processes (KOP).
  • Performing other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

The successful candidate will have excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with different teams and stakeholders. Strong technical skills, particularly in data source systems like Refinitiv and Bloomberg, are highly desirable.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to monitor tight deadlines and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI). You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
