Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst I to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, this role provides technical support for the full lifecycle of electronic discovery reference models (EDRM), encompassing data ingestion, quality control, document production, and document review projects.

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, analytical skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

The Operations Analyst I will be responsible for:

  1. Utilizing proprietary and third-party eDiscovery software applications to facilitate electronic discovery and data recovery processes.
  2. Loading, processing, and searching client data in various file formats.
  3. Conducting relevant searches of electronic data using specialized tools.
  4. Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot data issues before escalating to senior management and IT development.
  5. Researching software and techniques to resolve complex data analysis tasks.
  6. Providing end-user and technical documentation and training for supported applications.
  7. Communicating and collaborating with other departments within the organization.
  8. Generating reports from database platforms for senior management.
  9. Preparing written status reports for clients, managers, and project managers.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A solid understanding of Windows and all MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with UNIX and delimited files would be advantageous.
  • Experience with database applications and knowledge of litigation support software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, follow detailed instructions, and meet established deadlines.
  • A self-starter with the capacity to visualize data and software behavior and coordinate the two.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • A Bachelor's degree or final year student, preferably in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
