Job Description:

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in the United States medical sectors, strong data management skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into internal databases and systems.
  • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Perform regular data audits and generate reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • Assist in documentation and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • • 1 to 4 years of data entry experience in US finance or medical domains.
  • • Proficiency in MS Excel and data management software.
  • • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • • Excellent typing speed and data entry skills.
  • • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA for medical, GDPR for finance) is a plus.
