Job Title: Production Operations Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills? As a Production Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain automated scripts to optimize task efficiency.
  • Design and implement batch scheduling solutions to enhance resource utilization.
  • Develop and execute data processing and analysis code using PL/SQL and SQL.
  • Familiarize yourself with ETL tools to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Understand and adhere to established production support processes to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Implement ITIL change management, incident management, deployments, and stakeholder management best practices.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support or work in shifts as required.

Technical Requirements:

  • Expertise in debugging, monitoring, and maintaining Oracle databases.
  • Proficiency in Unix operating systems and utilities.
  • Experience with Control-M workflow management software.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery data analytics services.
