We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to drive strategic Human Resources initiatives that support the company's business objectives. Your expertise will be sought after by leadership and senior management as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on various HR functions.

Toward this goal, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals
  • Acting as a key partner in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development

In addition, your key areas of focus will be:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for positions, ensuring alignment with manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and integration across sites
  • Employee Relations & Industrial Relations (IR): handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, regulatory compliance, and liaison with union or contract labor where applicable
  • Learning & Development (L&D) and Performance Management: identifying learning needs, designing L&D programs to support talent development, and driving performance appraisal cycles, KPI setting, and maintaining a fair and effective system across the cluster

For this position, we seek an individual with:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 10-15+ years of experience in HR, preferably with leadership exposure
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics management
