We are seeking an experienced Cloud Data Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud-based data solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Pipeline Architecture: Design and develop robust data pipelines using PySpark and AWS Glue.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to ensure data quality and adherence to governance policies.
  • SQL Query Optimization: Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data transformation and reporting.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure including AWS S3, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
  • Workflow Automation: Automate workflows with AWS Step Functions, Lambda, and EventBridge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, and SQL.
  • Proficient in Git and AWS services (Glue, S3, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Databricks and its ecosystem.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling.
  • Exposure to big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
