We are currently seeking a Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for high-impact digital experience platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in integrating payment systems (ACH, Apple Pay), and a strong understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, best practices, and multi-cloud strategies. Experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity) and other Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
. Lead the architecture and technical design of Salesforce Experience Cloud portals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
. Serve as the primary technical point of contact with the client, providing architectural guidance, solution recommendations, and thought leadership.
. Design and implement integrations with payment systems, including ACH and Apple Pay, with a focus on compliance, encryption, and seamless user experience.
. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
. Ensure performance, security, reusability, and scalability across the Experience Cloud implementation.

Promote and enforce Salesforce architectural best practices, standards, and frameworks.
. Guide technical teams during design, development, and code reviews mentor developers and junior architects.
. Support presales efforts with solutioning, estimation, and architecture documentation when needed.

Required Skills & Experience:
. 8-10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
. 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) architecture and implementation.
. Proven experience in integrating payment gateways, specifically ACH and Apple Pay, within Salesforce platforms.
. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform components: Apex, LWC, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling.
. Solid understanding of Salesforce security, authentication (SSO, OAuth), and sharing models.
. Experience designing multi-device, responsive portals with personalized user experiences.
. Ability to engage directly with clients, gather requirements, and articulate architecture decisions clearly.
. Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi), and external system connectivity.

Preferred / Good to Have:
. Experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity): OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards.
. Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud.
. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
. Experience with compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS in payment-related use case

Certifications Preferred:
. Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant
. Salesforce Application or System Architect
. Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer
. OmniStudio Developer (optional)
