Our company is seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable data architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Main Responsibilities
  • Design and architect scalable data solutions on GCP, utilizing tools such as Big Query, Dataproc, Data Fusion, Dataflow, Bigtable, Fire Store, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, and Google Cloud Storage.
  • Develop and implement data models using SQL, Python, R-Scala, and other programming languages to enable efficient data processing and analysis.
  • Implement data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or Power BI to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Migrate production Hadoop clusters to GCP, ensuring seamless transition with minimal downtime.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in big data modeling, design, architecting, and solutioning on cloud-based technologies.
  • Good Python skills and knowledge of A/B testing, statistics, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with Dev Ops, data engineering, ETL data processing, and cloud-based technologies such as Big Query, Dataproc, Data Fusion, Dataflow, Bigtable, Fire Store, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, Google Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, and Cloud Interconnect.
