We are seeking an experienced data leader to spearhead the design and implementation of large-scale data solutions on Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will architect and implement data ingestion, transformation, and optimization pipelines on Snowflake
  • Proficiency in Databricks is required, including Spark architecture and optimization
  • Experience migrating data from relational databases to Snowflake and optimizing its features such as data sharing, events, and lakehouse patterns
  • Hands-on expertise with Dremio for accelerating query performance, data virtualization, and managing diverse data formats (e.g., JSON, XML, CSV)
  • Rich experience working with cloud-native data platforms like Azure ADLS, Data Bricks, Data Flows, HDInsight, and Azure Analysis services
  • Strong knowledge of data security, access controls, and governance within cloud-native data platforms like Snowflake and Dremio
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in data management and engineering
  • Strong knowledge in ETL concepts and modeling structure principles
  • Exposure to cloud storage and management technologies such as S3, Blob/ADLS, and Google Cloud Storage
  • A good understanding of data quality processes and project lifecycle
