About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Data Platform (CDP) specialist. This role offers a strong foundation for a career in data analytics, MarTech, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leverage MarTech tools used for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  2. Gain hands-on experience with the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  3. Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  4. Perform data research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  5. Conduct data analysis to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  6. Develop dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  7. Support data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
  8. Collaborate with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
