Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining item masters in our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to handle large data sets with high accuracy.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain Item Master in NAV (product codes, descriptions, categories, pack sizes, etc.).
  • Maintain and update vendor master data, including pricing and other key attributes.
  • Record and regularly update transit days for DC–vendor combinations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.
  • Support resolution of data-related issues in collaboration with sourcing, planning, and purchase team.

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Prepare and publish daily planning reports for operations and supply chain teams.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports/scorecards covering KPIs (supply chain, vendor performance, inventory, and service levels).
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure timely availability of MIS to management.
  • Automate and simplify reporting formats in Excel / NAV / Power BI for efficiency.
  • Support ad-hoc data and reporting requirements from management.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred).
  • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formatting; macros knowledge is an advantage).
  • Ability to handle large data sets and maintain high accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Master Data Management / MIS / Reporting in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries.
