Expert Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking a skilled Solution Consultant to design and implement supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) for our clients.

This is a remote position with some business travel involved, requiring the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with project teams to configure effective supply chain planning solutions.

As a Solution Consultant, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and configure efficient supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, support data integration, and ensure clients gain measurable value from their investments.

You will collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Senior Solution Consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source system(s).
  • Support Solution Architects in designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration-related activities.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience of 1 to 5 years is required.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, or a related field with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; anything above is a plus.
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support expected functionalities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
