Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

The role involves working closely with clients to comprehend their business challenges and supply chain requirements.

About the Position:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.
  • Present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.
  • Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions.
  • Collect feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements.
  • Required Skills:
  • Expertise in Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse
  • Candidate must be knowledgeable about business challenges and supply chain requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests
  • Experience working with technical teams
  • Possess strong business acumen and strategic thinking
