Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data-Driven Growth Analyst to join our team as a contractor. This role involves driving data-driven growth excellence by conducting comprehensive cohort analysis, calculating key growth metrics, building advanced attribution models, and collaborating with data engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive cohort analysis using AppsFlyer data tracking user acquisition retention and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels.
  • Calculate and monitor key growth metrics including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) Return on Investment (ROI) ROAS payback periods and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Build and maintain advanced attribution models measuring marketing campaign effectiveness optimizing budget allocation across channels.
  • Collaborate with data engineers designing optimizing and maintaining data pipelines processing AppsFlyer raw data for analytical purposes.
  • Develop complex SQL queries in Snowflake extracting transforming and analyzing large datasets for growth insights.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase visualizing key performance metrics providing self-service analytics for stakeholders.
  • Design execute A/B testing frameworks evaluating the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
  • Partner with client teams marketing product finance aligning analytics with business planning.
  • Conduct market research competitive analysis identifying growth opportunities benchmarking performance.
  • Create predictive models forecasting user behavior revenue projections campaign performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science Statistics Economics Business Analytics Marketing Analytics or related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years proven experience as Growth Analyst Marketing Analyst or similar analytical role preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL complex data manipulation analysis specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase creating interactive dashboards self-service analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis cohort analysis predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics LTV CAC ROAS retention rates revenue attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Python or R advanced analytics statistical modeling.
  • Experience A/B testing methodologies experimental design statistical significance testing.
  • Experience working as contractor consultant ability to quickly integrate into client teams deliver results.
