Job Title: BIM Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Civil 3D projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project management and coordination
  • Work independently and make technical decisions for US, UK & Asia-specific projects
  • Handle Landscape, Dry & Wet Utilities, Grading, Highway Modelling, and Plantation projects
  • Prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings
  • Prepare earthwork grading cut & fill analysis, cross sections, and quantity take-offs
  • Prepare detailed plans and profiles for pipe networks & manholes as per IFC drawings
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and resolution
  • Manage the construction process from design development stage to As-Built stage
  • Assist with estimation tasks and manage a small team
  • Integrate iPad/AM data exchange and generate COBie data
  • Collaborate with design teams and clients to actively solve problems
  • Evaluate project timelines and work efficiently under pressure
  • Maintain a positive, responsible, and professional attitude, open to challenges

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Civil 3D
  • Experience in managing BIM projects
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Autodesk software
