Job Title: Public Health BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and manage detailed building information modeling (BIM) models for public health projects.

  • Key responsibilities include creating and coordinating BIM models, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring model accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards, guidelines, and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a related field, such as engineering or architecture.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Middle East projects highly preferred.
  • Knowledge about Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services.
  • Bonus point if you have Basic Design Knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services.

Project Role:

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and management of BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
