Our company seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of BIM Engineer.

About the Position

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 45 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience creating construction drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software, as well as proficiency in Revit Software for 3D modeling.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Set up projects, create parametric families, provide materials and manage the Revit server from a production perspective.
  • Complete attachment and detail markups for company products.
  • Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
  • BIM Modeling:
  • Create 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Implement BIM best practices, including LOD (Level of Development) standards.
  • Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Well-versed with American codes & standards.
