We are seeking a skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage detailed BIM models for public health projects, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate components into a cohesive model.
  • Ensure model coordination and clash detection to resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Evaluate designs and ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of Revit and Navisworks is essential, with a minimum 2-4 years' experience in engineering.
  • Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering is required.
  • Prior experience on Middle East projects is highly valued.

Familiarity with drainage, water supply, storm water, and fire protection services is necessary. Bonus points for basic design knowledge of PHE and fire protection services.
