Lead BIM Coordinator - ACS

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead BIM Coordinator with a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience to lead project teams.

  1. Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and progress tracking.
  2. Project Setup: Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  3. Resource Optimization: Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables.
  4. Project Tracking: Monitor and review project leads' updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
  5. BIM Execution: Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  6. Quality Outputs: Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards and regulations.
  7. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with clients and consultants for BIM modelling and reports.
  8. Workflow Management: Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  9. BIM Tool Management: Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms.
  10. Team Development: Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.
  11. Dynamo Script Development: Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, while training team members in their usage.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Solid understanding of BIM processes and multi-disciplinary coordination.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Additional Qualifications: Certification in Project Management and knowledge of modern construction methods.
