  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage BIM coordination for mechanical systems within construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage BIM data for mechanical systems across multiple construction sites
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and data integration
  • Utilize industry-standard software such as Revit, Fabrication CAD MEP, Evolve/Sysque, and pipe and duct fabrication/construction standards throughout project delivery
  • Analyze and troubleshoot MEP systems and provide proactive solutions aligned with site and construction requirements

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Revit for MEP projects
  • Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems coordination
  • Ability to model complex systems from schematics
  • Proficiency with Fabrication CAD MEP and Evolve/Sysque tools
  • Knowledgeable in pipe and duct fabrication and construction standards
  • Proven ability to handle projects independently and work collaboratively within teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Site experience is highly preferred
