Collibra Data Governance Expert Role

The organization seeks an experienced data governance expert to oversee the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform and drive strategic initiatives.

This senior role involves being the primary authority on Collibra, designing frameworks, driving adoption, and enabling trusted data for analytics, compliance, and AI initiatives.

  • Lead the implementation and administration of Collibra across the enterprise.
  • Design and configure the Collibra Operating Model (domains, assets, workflows, and roles).
  • Develop and optimize custom workflows using BPMN and Workflow Designer.
  • Integrate Collibra with Snowflake, Informatica, Tableau, Azure, SAP, and other platforms via APIs/connectors.
  • Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and leadership to enforce governance policies and data stewardship models.
  • Establish frameworks for data cataloging, lineage, metadata, and quality management.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and best practices to business and technical teams.
  • Act as the Collibra subject matter expert and advocate, promoting adoption and governance maturity across the organization.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and other governance standards.
