Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Hotel Reservation Manager to oversee the accuracy of reservations and ensure seamless client experiences.
About this role:
- Responsible for managing hotel reservations, including data entry, confirmation, and follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest requests and inquiries.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Verify and validate guest information, room types, and rates for accuracy.
- Manage and resolve any reservation discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement effective procedures to improve reservation efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements:
- Critical Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel front office or reservation management.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and procedures.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
