Job Overview

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Continuous Manufacturing Operator. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follower of gowning procedure, personal hygiene, and GMP procedures
  • Shift charge handover and takeover should be done by the operator at the work place
  • Ensure machine runs continuously to get optimal output following GMP
  • Read and follow WOP instructions to meet specific process parameters
  • Sample checking of capsules with reference to control samples and identify any defects
  • Categorize defects into inspection reports and do corrective actions for quality defects
  • Coordinate with teams for smooth operation of machines
  • Maintain documentations and records for production machines and follows SOP
  • Do changeovers on machines from one order to another, complete line clearance of machines and do all setups for new orders
  • Clean and inspect equipment for foreign capsules and record observations in Line clearance sheets and get verified by supervisors
Requirements
  • Operation excellence, 5S, autonomous maintenance knowledge in GMP, GDPMin
  • 3 years' experience required
  • Maintenance experience is an added advantage
