CPVC Pipe Manufacturing Specialist

Production Engineer Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to lead our production team at a CPVC pipe manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPVC pipe production, with experience working with different standards and machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production checks, quality control, and planning processes for CPVC pipes.
• Operate Parallel Twin Screw Extruders and Windsor make machines.
• Conduct online and offline QC record checking, and counter sample checking.
• Lead manpower activities and accountability.
• Plan production, belling, threading, grinding, and pulverizing processes.
• Record and manage stock inventory, including technical items.
• Maintain plant and shop floor cleanliness, and perform third-party inspections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Diploma in Plastics Engineering (PGD-PE) from CIPET.
• Diploma in Polymer Technology (Plastic Technology Specialization) from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET).
