Steel Production Specialist

- Manage and optimize the steel production process from induction furnace to Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF), ensuring efficiency and quality.

- Develop processes for different grades through AOD furnace, controlling heat processing operations according to ISO/TS standards.

- Analyze production performance and delay reports to identify areas for improvement.

- Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure smooth operation and production optimization.

Safety Management

- Identify potential risks and develop response plans.

- Maintain strict adherence to safety norms in the plant area.

- Take preventive actions to avoid machine breakdowns.

- Authorized member of the Safety Committee.

Inventory Control

- Inspect and maintain spare parts and incoming store materials.

- Control raw material usage and costs during heat processing.

- Improve manpower utilization and productivity through effective allocation and scheduling.

Team Coordination

- Supervise furnace crew and manage manpower for efficient operations.

- Ensure coordination with all teams to achieve production goals.
