Job Title: Production Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production department, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising production staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer and company schedule milestones.
  • Planning and executing resources (manpower, machines, materials) efficiently to minimize downtime and optimize production capacity.
  • Maintaining accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, as well as documenting maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of sheet metal tools, zinc die casting processes, and plating technology.
  • Experience with VMC, CNC turning machines, power press machines, and heat chamber machines.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and power-operated machines, as well as troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to root cause analysis and troubleshoot machine downtime.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Oracle, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
