Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rail & Inland Terminals Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rail and inland terminals.

Your primary focus will be on store management, including new store set-ups, material planning, and inventory control. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, and material stock levels.

In addition to these tasks, you will be working closely with our procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials, and coordinating with vendors to optimize fuel availability. Your knowledge of ISO audit 9001, 14001, and FMS (Fuel Management System) will be essential in maintaining compliance and ensuring efficient operations.

You will also be responsible for providing training to engineering staff and maintaining records of their progress. Moreover, you will be expected to follow HSE and security norms strictly and implement them on the ground.

Your expertise in Microsoft Excel, particularly in basic formulas, graphs, and pivot tables, will be valuable in analyzing data and making informed decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in store management, material planning, and inventory control
  • Knowledge of ISO audit 9001, 14001, and FMS (Fuel Management System)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
