As a Production Operations Manager, you will oversee the strategic planning and execution of production processes to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing detailed production forecasts, creating and managing production schedules, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in production planning and control. They should have expertise in lean manufacturing, MRP/ERP systems, and production scheduling, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key qualifications include proficiency in ERP/MRP software, advanced skills in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. The successful candidate will also demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in production planning and control, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/MRP software, advanced skills in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification: Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).

  • Industry Experience: Experience in a similar industry, such as automotive, consumer goods, or electronics.
