Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of our customers, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be proactive, organized, and able to multitask, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Understand customer requirements, explain how our services can meet their needs, and onboard them seamlessly onto our ecosystem.
  • Solution Deployment: Define interventions needed to fulfill customer requirements, deploy trained domestic helps, and undertake periodic supervision of their work.
  • Partner Management: Work with our central partner ecosystem, onboard local quality partners, and oversee the quality of work done by partners.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Have deeper dialogues with customers, educate them on our services, and identify areas for improvement.
