Job Title

Lead Hiring and Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Spearhead end-to-end hiring processes, encompassing requisitioning, sourcing, consultant collaboration, CV screening, interview and selection processes, offer negotiation, and closure.
  • Oversee SuccessFactors for comprehensive employee life cycle management through recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and Employee Central modules.
  • Coordinate Onboarding and Induction for Pune site via Odyssey induction plan, ensuring seamless integration of new joiners and transferred employees.
  • Guarantee smooth onboarding, covering infrastructure, transportation, and accommodation requirements, as well as IT asset management.
  • Manage recruitment vendor coordination, performance reviews, contract management, bill payments, and other related duties.
  • Ensure data accuracy and speed in creating MIS and analytics reports, utilizing data insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support various HR activities across the organization, including employee engagement, communication, and other initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full spectrum of hiring processes from initiation to closure.
  • Implement effective onboarding and induction strategies for new employees.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensure timely payment of bills, and oversee contract administration.
  • Develop and maintain accurate MIS and analytics reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational success through HR initiatives.
