Employee Central Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementation projects and 3 support projects under their belt, showcasing their expertise in delivering successful EC solutions.
  • They will be responsible for providing consulting services to global organizations on HCM Best Practices and helping clients migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into system configuration objects, creating solution designs for the Employee Management Solution, and ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with data models and excellent knowledge of XML is essential.
  • The candidate must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
  • Experience working on Time-Off and EC payroll is mandatory.
  • System configuration will be carried out in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook/business blueprint.
  • Expertise in translations and uploading translation packs for data models configuration and MDF is required.
  • Test case preparation and execution is also part of the job.
  • A strong learning ability, agility, and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments are necessary.
