Production Line Operator

We are seeking a Production Line Operator to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Operate and monitor the continuous sandwich panel production line, ensuring smooth operation during shifts.
  • Set up machines, adjust parameters, and perform routine inspections to maintain quality standards for thickness, density, adhesion, and finish.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues or process deviations, performing minor maintenance as needed.
  • Record production data, including quantities, wastage, and downtime, to inform business decisions.
  • Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, or production engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience in sandwich panel production or similar continuous line manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with PU/PIR foaming systems, lamination process, and panel cutting machinery.
  • Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
