Panel Production Specialist

The Panel Production Specialist is responsible for the smooth operation of the continuous sandwich panel production line. This role requires expertise in PU/PIR foaming systems, lamination process, and panel cutting machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the production line to ensure high-quality panels are produced on a continuous basis.

• Set up machines, adjust parameters, and troubleshoot equipment issues or process deviations to maintain optimal production levels.

• Conduct routine inspections to guarantee quality standards for thickness, density, adhesion, and finish.

• Identify and resolve equipment issues or process deviations, performing minor maintenance as needed, and coordinating with maintenance teams for major repairs.

• Record production data, including quantities, wastage, and downtime, to track performance and optimize processes.

• Comply with safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

• Assist in material handling, loading/unloading raw materials, and maintaining inventory levels to support efficient production.

• Maintain a clean and organized production area, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma / Technical diploma (preferably in mechanical, electrical, or production engineering).

• 4 years of experience in sandwich panel production or similar continuous line manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of PU/PIR foaming systems, lamination process, and panel cutting machinery.

• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
