Senior Performance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a strategic role in optimizing and scaling digital performance across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels.
  • Develop and own advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.
  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth.
  • Partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles.
  • Strong command of digital ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to strategic business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders.
